Our Services. KORAS ROOFING delivers Roof Replacement, Roof Repair, Gutter Installation, Shingle Installation, Residential Roofing Services. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://korasroofing.com is the property of KORAS ROOFING or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. KORAS ROOFING may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. KORAS ROOFING does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of KORAS ROOFING arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold KORAS ROOFING harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. KORAS ROOFING reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
